REGISTRATION
So, you want to be a vendor - amazing! If you feel your business aligns with our alternative vibe then it could not be simpler to sign up. All you have to do is head to the "Vendor Registration" link at the top of the page, fill out your details and you will be kept up to date via email for all events!
Also, if for any reason you want to be removed from our mailing list, all you have to do is get in touch and it is done instantly.
Note: Registering does NOT automatically sign you up for an event - you must book in.
BOOKING IN FOR AN EVENT
Once you have registered your business details, you are now able to book in to any event through the website! Confirmation of your booking will be available through your own PayPal dashboard.
Note: The booking fee will show as "shipping fee" on your receipt, but nothing is being sent out to you. We've fought to change it. We failed.
LOAD IN
Vendors are welcome to begin loading in from 10am! If you arrive earlier, depending on the room we may be able to let you in early however that's not guaranteed.
ENTRY
You can enter and load in from both the front of the building on Glassford Street and the service entrance at the back of the venue on Virginia Place. Both entrances have access to all floors via lifts too!
Those in Room 1 (ground level) would be best loading in from the main entrance to avoid any stairs! Table plan will be sent out further to this email.
LAST ENTRY
Last entry for vendors will be 11:15am as this allows you enough time to set up before we open the doors to the public at 12pm.
You will not be allowed to set up if you do not contact us prior to this time without a reason and you will not be refunded your table if that is the case.
We remove the tables to allow for more space and not have empty unused tables sitting around.
TABLE PLAN
This is usually sent out a day or two before the each event - This allows for any last minute changes to be made before sharing final details!
Vendors can put in requests (extra rail space / street level allocation / avoid stairs etc) and we will do our best to accommodate all preferences!
NEW GLASGOW LOW EMISSION ZONE (LEZ)
Glasgow is now enforcing this for vehicles travelling within the city centre so please be wary of travelling in your own vehicle if you have an older model - You can check if your vehicle complies HERE
PARKING
Your closest car park to Trades Hall is the NCP Glasshouse or NCP King Street - Trades Hall no longer validates parking, however if you download the NCP app (Android / Apple) which gives you discounted rates / early entry ticket which is considerably cheaper!
VENDORS
We limit the number of people at each table to 2 for health and safety but if you need to have more at the table we are open to discussion before making the table plan.
WIFI
The venue has a reliable connection throughout the building and the login details can be found at the main entrance!
CANCELLATIONS
We know that things come up and sometimes you need to pull out of an event - all we ask is that you let us know with as much notice as possible in order for us to plan accordingly!
Before 4 weeks of an event you will be given a full refund.
Between 2 and 4 weeks of an event we cannot guarantee but we will do our best.
Within 2 weeks of an event you will not receive a refund.
